Moroni

Moroni is almost 18 months, but is often mistaken for a three year old. He has a huge vocabulary for his age. He is a pretty big boy but has recently returned to the "charts". He has been such a big baby that he has spent more of his life off the chart than on it.

He is trimming down quite a bit and looking more like a little boy than a baby. We can already tell he is going to have big broad shoulders just like his daddy; in fact he is just a little tiny version of Ty. He "tells it like it is", which makes us laugh right now, but I am sure will be difficult at times in the future. He is easily frustrated and is usually upset because he is trying to carry something or do something that he just isn't ready for yet (ie. lifting weights or trying to fit something where it doesn't belong; I will post a video on youtube that is a perfect example of this).

He is showing signs of being the "class clown". He definitely has a talent for lifting the mood wherever he is and brightening our lives. He is definitely the light of our lives. It will be interesting to see how things work out when he has a little brother or sister. Right now he seems to be excited about that baby. Of course he doesn't know or understand how much attention this baby is going to take away from him, but at least for now he is excited. He is so sweet; often coming up and patting my tummy and saying "hi baby" and then trying to explain to me that there is a "baby iside belllly".
